Visit the FreeAgent login page by navigating to: login.freeagent.com/login
Here, you will come to the ‘FreeAgent Login Page‘.
Next, enter your login details, which will be your email address and password.
If you have never logged in before, or have forgotten your password, simply hit the password reset button to be able to access your account.
The forgotten password box should pop up. You’ll receive an email with a reset link; click it to update your password and regain access.
Once you are successfully logged in, you will arrive at the ‘Overview Page’ which looks like this.
To be able to view your bank accounts, click on the ‘Banking Tab’ at the top of the page. From the dropdown underneath the banking tab, click on the ‘Bank Accounts Tab’.
You will now arrive at the ‘Bank Accounts Summary’ Page which looks like this.
At the bottom of the page, you will find your ‘Accounts’ section. Find the account you want to set the bank feed for and click it.
Now, you will come to the ‘Business Current Account’ page, where you can see all your Transactions. Click the ‘Enable Bank Feed’ button which can be found in the top right of the screen.
Once you have clicked the ‘Enable Bank Feed Button’ you will come to this page. Select the bank your account is with from the list. If you cannot see the bank you want to select on the page, you can search for it in the search bar at the bottom of the page.
Now you have selected your chosen bank, you will come to this page which allows you to easily connect with your chosen bank account. Press the ‘Connect To My Bank’ button.
Finally, you will be redirected to the login page for your selected bank account. Once there, you’ll need to log in to your bank and approve the request to send your transaction data to FreeAgent.
Once you’ve approved the request, your FreeAgent bank feed will be set up.
Please Note: If you bank with Monzo, Revolut, or Starling, you cannot set up a bank feed this way, so please get in touch. If you cannot find your bank account, please also contact us, as the process may be different.
