It is fair to say that our reputation precedes us. In January last 2008, we were named among the top accountancy firms and top umbrella services in the country, according to an online survey. Visitors to Contractor UK website voted on the best, and worst, aspects of the contracting industry, nominating Danbro for ‘Best Accountancy Firm’ and ‘Best Umbrella Service.’
Our achievements were also recognised by the industry as far back as 2005 when we were short-listed in the Small Firm of the Year category at the Accountancy Age Awards. In 2008, the team made it onto the shortlist in two Accountancy Age Awards categories, namely Small Firm of the Year and Best Use of Internet. And following our maiden listing in 2007 – we celebrated a second consecutive listing in the 2008 Sunday Times’ Virgin Fast Track 100 league table.
Most recently we have joined forces with the Association of Professional Staffing Companies (APSCo) as an affiliate member, supporting the professional body in their aim of a unified voice for the Professional Staffing Industry. We have also recently achieved ISO 9001:2008 status which confirms we adhere to an internationally-agreed set of standards for our management systems, and have received the Investors in People accreditation for the way we look after the training and development of our staff.
