Danbro
Chosen by National Organisation |
Danbro has received accreditation from the
prestigious nationwide Professional Contractors Group (PCG).
Through the alliance, known as Quality Accountants,
Danbro will be able to demonstrate its extensive knowledge
of freelance specific issues and advise for PCG members.
Following the announcement, Danbro will
be able to use PCG to promote its services to PCG members
and also to the wider contractor/freelancer community.
Danbro was chosen for the scheme due to the firm’s
training on contractor-specific tax and accounting issues
and its excellent understanding of how freelance businesses
operate.
Damian Broughton, principle partner at Danbro
comments: “We are delighted to receive this endorsement.
As a specialist in this field we already provide hundreds
of contractors in a full range of sectors with first class
advice, so it’s great news that we will now be recommended
by the leading organisation in the country for contractors.”
Danbro recognises the demands upon contractors
and aims to take away the burden of managing a company. Services
include accounting solutions for sole traders, limited companies,
umbrella companies, managed company solutions, self assessment,
corporate and personal tax planning.
PCG was formed in May 1999 to provide independent
contractors and consultants with a representative voice in
opposition to the original IR35 proposals. Since then, PCG
has evolved from being a single-issue campaign group to being
a fully fledged, not-for-profit professional body representing
knowledge workers who choose to be self-employed.
