Summary of Survey Results |
We would like to thank all of our clients that took part
in our recent Client Satisfaction Survey. The survey
was very encouraging, as it allowed us to see the areas of
our service that you are happy with, thus allowing us to
maintain our high standards. Two thirds of the aspects
of the Danbro service were rated by more than 80% of you
as 4 or 5 on our 1-5 scale, with 5 denoting extreme satisfaction.
Among the things you told us you are satisfied or extremely
satisfied with, problem solving, speed of invoicing, ability
to navigate website and advisor etiquette all received this
rating from more than 85% of you. The speed at which
we process contracts and the general advice we provide both
scored 4 or 5 from 94.74% of the participants. Ability
to submit timesheets and expenses received the highest volume
of top scores, at 96.49%.
The survey was also an opportunity for us to assess the
areas in which we can try to improve our service. We
were pleased to see that less than 2% of you gave a dissatisfied
or extremely dissatisfied ranking to any of the aspects with
the exception of just one. 5.26% of clients felt dissatisfied
with the speed of payments. We have already begun to
implement strategies to ensure that payments are administrated
as quickly as possible.
