Danbro Offers Extra Online Support
Danbro, the specialist accountants for contractors, is continuing to make use of the latest technology to help make its clients’ lives easier.
It has now launched a series of ‘webinars’, outlining how to use the firm’s web-based timesheet system.
The Danbro Online Timesheet System (DOTS) allows contractors and freelance workers to enter their timesheet and expenses details using an online form which they can view and edit as often as necessary before submitting it to Danbro, removing the need for paper records.
Timesheets are also archived after being submitted, allowing users to check back on what they submitted and when, while users can also sign up for email alerts to remind them when details need to be entered.
To help make the system even easier to understand for current and potential users, a series of online videos, narrated by Danbro marketing consultant Gerry Gregoire, has been produced, giving a step-by-step guide to how to the system works.
Each video shows an example form being completed in real time, as Gerry explains what the user is doing.
Gerry said: “Our DOTs system is already extremely popular but hopefully this will help people who do not already use it to get a good idea of what they’re about and how they work.”
“By actually showing how to complete a DOTs sheet on screen, this should help users to see for themselves how easy the system is to use. We also intend to develop this use of technology in providing useful information to contractors and agencies.”
