Makeover for Danbro’s Website
Danbro, specialist accountants for contractors, have launched their new-and-improved website in a bid to communicate more clearly the scope of services they provide.
Prompted by a perceived need to reflect the interests of their growing client base, the Danbro team opted for a re-design that would make the existing site more functional, effective and informative – something Danbro managing partner Damian Broughton feels has been achieved.
“We are delighted with the result”, he says. “The new website has a fresher and more modern feel to it, giving us the kind of corporate confidence and competitive edge it takes to occupy a top spot in today’s market place.
“The modern design allows new visitors to the site to navigate their way more easily and directly to identify our key service offerings, as well as allowing our current clients to access our online timesheet system at a minimal amount of clicks.
“We asked ourselves what information we would ideally want quick and easy access to when visiting a website for the first time and we were able to identify a number of individual features which would need to be both distinct and discernable to the user within seconds. These were:
- umbrella company services
- limited company services
- additional services, i.e. back-office payroll
- our contact details
“Similarly, the news section was divvied up into distinct categories, namely business news, press releases, podcasts, blogs and newswires, rendering general business information accessible via a number of media.
“The way I see it”, concludes Damian, “if you’ve worked hard to get your business onto the radar, you need to be prepared to work twice as hard to stay on it.”
