Danbro Gain Five New Accreditations
Specialist accountants for contractors Danbro has gained five training accreditations, in recognition of its commitment to the training and continual development of its employees.
Danbro have successfully become a Chartered Institute of Mangaement Accountants (CIMA) training quality partner and a CIMA development employer, a scheme designed to ensure that the training of chartered management accounts is consistently delivered to the same high standard all over the world. Gaining this accreditation proves how serious Danbro are about training and helping their employees to progress and develop their talents. This shows that Danbro employees are receiving the best training, meaning its clients will benefit from excellent service.
Danbro’s new Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) accreditation proves that Danbro is a firm that recognises employees with an organised and positive attitude to their work, be it through studying for their AAT qualification, or once the qualification has been gained. The accreditation shows Danbro's dedication to their employees and their own professional development.
Danbro have also become members of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) approved platinum training employer and Approved employer for professional development. In order to become members Danbro’s employees had to undergo a number of assessments, ranging from identifying their needs and objectives to having their development monitored.
All of the training accreditations are ongoing, meaning its employees will benefit from frequent development of their accounting and finance skills, keeping them up to date and enhancing their professional development.
