Danbro on the Fast Track to Success
Danbro, the specialist accountancy firm for contract and freelance workers, is celebrating after once again being included in a prestigious directory of the UK’s 100 fastest-growing companies.
For the third year running, the company has been named as a member of the Sunday Times Virgin Fast Track 100, this year being featured at number 40 with 92 per cent annual growth and sales of £51.1million.
Danbro has also been invited to join the other 99 firms at a conference and awards dinner, which will be held at Sir Richard Branson’s family home in Kidlington, Oxfordshire, next May.
Managing partner Damian Broughton said: “To maintain such a high level of growth for a third successive year is a fantastic achievement, particularly given the difficult economic circumstances everyone has faced during 2009.
“Everyone at Danbro has put in a great deal of effort to ensure the continuation of our success, and I’m very proud of all of them.”
Danbro’s growth during 2009 has seen the company take on 11 new staff and open a new office in Manchester, to complement its existing locations in Blackpool and London.
It has also received the ISO:9001 accreditation for its management systems and an Investors in People award in recognition of the training and development of its staff, and was shortlisted in three separate categories in this year’s Accountancy Age Awards for excellence.
Now in its 14th year, the Fast Track 100 ranks Britain's 100 fastest-growing private companies across all sectors by sales growth ranging from 50 per cent pa to 290 per cent per annum, with sales typically between £5m and £100m.
