Double Success for Danbro

Clients of specialist accountants for contractors, Danbro, can rest assured they are in safe hands after the company secured two prestigious awards.

The firm has recently received ISO9001:2008 accreditation, which confirms it adheres to an internationally-agreed set of standards for its management systems, and an Investors in People award for the way it looks after the training and development of its staff.

Damian Broughton, partner at Danbro, said: “It is unusual for a company to go for both of these at the same time – there is only one accreditor who does both and he told us he only knew of six firms who had done so.

“The ISO9001 confirms that the systems we’ve got in place are properly documented and adhered to, while the Investors in People acknowledges we look after our team – and that is extended to our clients, as we treat them both in exactly the same way.”

The accreditations were the latest in a long line of achievements for Danbro, which became affiliate members of the Association of Professional Staffing Companies (APSCo), the UK’s leading professional recruitment industry body, in February.

It has also been included in the Sunday Times Fast Track 100 list of the UK’s fastest-growing companies for the last two years. It has offices in Blackpool, London and Manchester, with plans for further expansion in 2009.
