I was very nervous about using an Umbrella Service, however Alex Moore answered all my questions and was very understanding. Alex is a perfect example of Danbro's customer services. I made some errors on my first Danbro timesheet and asked Alex if she would check it for me. She checked it whilst I was on the phone and found that I had ticked some boxes in error. As I had already submitted the timesheet Alex explained that I would need to request the changes to be made via email. All the changes were made and I was paid correctly and on time. Following this I thought I would give Alex a call today to thank her for all her help and support.
