Danbro, the award-winning specialist accountancy firm for contract and freelance workers, has implemented a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to improve its communication with agencies, clients and other partners on a daily basis.

The SalesForce CRM system operates on a ‘cloud computing’ basis, meaning all the applications are accessed online, rather than through software installed on a computer. This helps Danbro to build its own virtual ‘portal’ where it can communicate with agencies, clients and other stakeholders and get feedback in real time, allowing Danbro’s team to respond to any issues that arise as quickly and efficiently as possible.

The system is also proving a valuable tool as Danbro looks to continue its growth of recent years, as it can analyse where new clients are coming from, and their relationships with agencies, helping the company to follow up leads and recognise growth areas for the future.

In addition, SalesForce helps Danbro to ensure its managements systems are running effectively, which is a requirement of its continuing ISO:9001 accreditation.
