Important Notification – Christmas & New Year Period
Over the Christmas period Danbro’s telephones will be switched off from 5pm on Friday the 23rd December 2011 until 9am on Tuesday the 3th January 2012. However, we will endeavour to respond to all voicemails and emails sent during this time.
Danbro will continue to make payments over the Christmas period, however please be aware your agency/client may have different payment terms over this time. We would therefore urge you to contact them, so they can inform you when Danbro will receive payment.
BACS payments may be delayed due to the closure of banks and building societies, however we offer a same day Faster Pay service at a cost of £6. This will ensure the funds clear in your account after 4pm on the day payment is made (subject to your bank accepting this service). Alternatively if you require the funds earlier in the day, you can request a CHAPS payment at a cost of £20
Should you require an invoice to be created over the Christmas period, please email umbrella@danbro.co.uk and please also cc invoice@danbro.co.uk and this request will be dealt with.
