Charities Danbro Support

Each year Danbro employees raise money for Children In Need. This year employees plan to come to work in Fancy dress. A Raffle and cake sale will take place in hope to raise even more money this year for the very worthy cause.

On the 14th July 2009, 15 of Danbro’s Female employees and family members took part in the 5km run to raise funds for Cancer Research UK.

Our employees found the event uplifting, and plan to do it again next year and raise more money for the deserving charity.

Helping Hand is a local charity based in Blackpool. Their aim is to help people with life controlling and debilitation problems, such as drug and alcohol misuse.

Danbro’s marketing team are currently working closely with this organisation in an attempt to improve their exposure around the North West.

Operation Orphan helps orphans in Zimbabwe, Vietnam and Uganda. It is an innovative new project which helps to support, educate and take care of orphans below the age of 18.

Danbro are currently corporate sponsors for Operation Orphan and we cover all of their administration costs.

Child Victims of Crime is a children’s charity which was set up by the National Police.

Danbro currently contribute to this charity, hoping to make a difference to the commendable cause.

The charity was set up in order to help children across the UK whose lives have been affected by crime.
