About Jubilee House
Jubilee House is situated on the main promenade road through Lytham St Annes. The building overlooks the windmill that Lytham is well known for and the green, which in recent years has played host to many famous artists during the annual ‘Proms’.
In 1851 a Custom House stood on the site that Danbro now occupies, having the enviable view of the River Ribble Estuary. The site was purchased in 2012 from the local council and Danbro lovingly converted the 1960’s Land Registry Building into its new headquarters.

Car Parking and Arrival
On arrival the visitor’s car park is open and situated at the front of the building.
As you enter Jubilee House, turn left into the visitor spaces. Park in an available space and check in at reception for access to the disabled car park, if required. Reception is situated at the front of Jubilee House and is accessed via a sloping pavement and two double automatic doors. If you require a disabled parking space, please either visit the reception desk or call on 01253 600 140 and advise them that you are here to use the Changing Places facilities. We will then open the barriers to provide access.
Jubilee House has one toilet that is available for disabled visitors. The toilet is situated on the ground floor just to the right of the reception area. To gain access to the main building you pass through two double automatic doors. There are no steps to traverse.
The actual toilet door measures 102cm and opens outwards. A key is not required to lock the toilet door. The room is 13.6 m2 and contains an adult sized, free standing, height adjustable changing bench, a hoist – the sling is not supplied but is on a loop system, a large bin for pads and tear off paper roll. The sink is height adjustable and the floor is non slip. There is an emergency alarm in the toilet and it is within a managed setting. The reception area is evenly and well-lit and has an even tiled floor.
Assistance dogs are welcome and water can be provided upon request.
Our information brochure can be made available in large print on request.
